Located in the heart of Sapphire Valley, North Carolina, Sapphire Builders, Inc. is a fully licensed and insured NC General Contractor. Although we have constructed commercial projects, we specialize in custom residential homes. At Sapphire Builders, we maintain a high standard of quality by taking the time to learn a customer’s desires and needs and personally see to every detail in assisting our clients in their choices. Client decisions can range from picking the perfect site to selecting the ideal design, materials, fixtures and systems. And we don’t take such decisions lightly. Sapphire Builders has complete resources, whether the client comes with full architectural plans in hand or has nothing but an idea and a plot of land. Support includes a structural engineer and a strong network of architects, interior designers and partner sub-contractor and suppliers.

James Flynn, General Contractor and owner, manages all facets of new home construction. He ensures that there is a working superintendent at each new home construction site to supervise our highly qualified crew, receive materials from suppliers and assist subcontractors and other craftsmen. This reassures clients, especially those who do not live in the area, that their new home is receiving the personal attention they deserve.
